Tall cactus in the dry hot dessert.
The jagged rock formations of the Moutains.
The propellers of the huge wind machines spinning.
A rattlesnake slithers across the desert.
Snow Capped Mountains in the distance.
Sun setting on the dessert.

EXT. CHINO MINIMUM SECURITY PRISON - DAY
Carl, Jack and Ace in yard.

CARL
I want both of you to do something
On the outside for me.

ACE
That sounds like a great idea but
how in the hell do you propose that
we get out of here.  

Carl reaches over to put his hand on Aces shoulder. Ace is
quick to react.

ACE (CONT'D)
(Slapping Carl's hand away)

Don't touch me.

CARL
What's your problem? Chill out.

ACE
Don't tell me to chill and don't
Touch me.

Jack silently watches and lights a cigarette as Carl backs
off and regroups.

CARL
Do you want to hear my plan or not?


ACE
Let's start with what's in it for us.

CARL
A lot if you listen to me and do what I say.

Ace and Jack look at one another. They are quiet for a
moment. Ace nods to Carl.

CARL (CONT'D)
Before I got sent here I stashed a
Set of rare coins.

ACE
How rare?

CARL
Four million rare.

Carl waits for their reaction.

JACK
Like he said before. What's in it?
For us.

CARL
Half.

JACK
So far so good. What's the catch?

ACE
There is always something?

Carl nods.

CARL
There is a hot girl in Palm Springs.

Beautiful woman steps out. She is casually dressed.
Her beauty is not the glamorous type; it is more of a natural beauty.
She walks across the parking lot and enters a photography studio.
